Good location for the town and onsite parking. Room was good and excellent bathroom towels and shower etc.

We had a fantastic stay at ETH Rioja in Haro. The lady on the Check in desk was very friendly and helpful. The room and en suite bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. The buffet breakfast was very nice. It's a great place as a base to explore Haro and the beautiful Rioja region.

Although the hotel is just off the main road and is not the prettiest of buildings, inside it's a delight. There is a bar/restaurant that seemed nice and well frequented but after a 400 mile drive we didn't frequent it. The receptionist was very helpful. The room is quite spacious and well equipped but the bed was a delight. It's very large, probably 2mx2m, very comfortable and with lovely white cotton sheets. The room is almost completely silent. If you want to open the large window you can. The shower is excellent too.

Great welcome from staff, room clean, small and compact, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Parking right outside and no charge.

The hotel was located a bit off the city center but just perfectly located for what we intended to do in Haro. The staff were very accommodating and genuinely helpful. We arrived at 11am and check in is still at 3pm yet they accommodated us.

The breakfast was very disappointing, especially if you paid extra for it. A juice, a hot drink and a croissant. Hardly sufficient and not worth €12 if you have to pay for it. Everything else was good and as expected. Smart rooms.

This hotel is located just off a main road so it is easy to find. The carpark is big and is free. The menu del dai is very good with a nice choice.
